How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then take approximately 7-9 business days in transit. Total delivery time is typically 8-12 business days from the date you place your order.

Where do you ship from?
Anna Strip is a US-based company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. However, our products are fulfilled and shipped through international logistics partners and warehouses. Because orders are fulfilled internationally, the shipping origin may differ from our business address listed on our website.

Is shipping really free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime using the "Track Order" link in our footer.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel anytime before your order has shipped by emailing support@annastrip.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Returns are free — we don't charge for return shipping. See our full Refund & Return Policy for details.

How do I start a return?
Email support@annastrip.com with your order number and reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include photos so we can resolve it quickly.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges right now. If you need a different size or color, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
